According to the last Workometer I found, the next PDF is most likely going to be the Backer's Choice CCPD one, as it was planned out and in progress. Sir Francois is also fully planned, Dim Sun was partially planned, and Julio Scoundrél had not yet begun the planning stages.

This is all assuming I correctly remember how the Workometer was formatted, and is fairly old information in any event and may no longer be correct in either direction.
