Using the CR as ECL guidelines from PF am being allowed to cheese up an NPC Aggregate Artificial Intelligence.

For now the plan is to brain scan either myself or another NPC to.make a new AI then aggregate it. Possibly later brainscan that AI (via shenanigans) then copy paste it so it networks with itself.
Some Qs
Can a tech item (explicitly nonmagical) be made a custom magic item? Could an AI and Intelligent Magic Item be housed in the same object?
Can one robot or item house kore than one AI or Aggregate part?
Assuming I brainscan in a level 20 character it has CR less than 20 and so is an ECL below its class levels THEN it starts taking class levels as a heroic NPC... Do we continue recalculating its CR=ECL or do we just run with the extra levels?
