Getting Grafts

Do you have to have the graft flesh feat in order to own a graft? Even if someone else created and attached it to you?

Can anyone acquire one or you have to match the creature type?

No, the graft flesh feat is for implanting grafts, not getting them.

And no, people can receive grafts from different types, although in some cases (the eberron grafts for example) the grafts all have to be of the same kind.
