It looks like the excellent pages created by forum member Curmudgeon are down, presumably for good, so I am trying to salvage what I can for posterity.

I know this is a bit of thread necromancy but i have copies of those sites among my site backups.

For now i have hosted them at the above links. Everything for the files is in the html file. the background has even been base64 encoded so there are no external files.
if you "save as" the link the file you get will work as is without internet as it shouldn't need anything that is hosted elsewhere. (of course the links won't work offline though)
