Is there such thing as a Cursemaster class or prestige class or anything similar to these classes?

There's the witch base class from pathfinder. Gets a bunch of abilities called hexes, but they can be anything ranging from passive bonuses to offensive activated abilities. Has a bunch of curse spells on their list though.

There's the oracle too, who derives a lot of their class abilities from a curse placed on them.

Other than that I can't think of any really curse-themed classes. Tends to be something stapled onto necromancers.

But what about one in D&D 3.5?

There's a few, but these two seem the most obvious:

Hexblade base class (CW p.5)
Hexer prestige class (MotW p.63)

I would suggest either hexer (MW), sea witch (Sto), or luckstealer (RW).

For the Hexblade, it suffered a bit from being released so early into 3.5's lifespan where the developers were hesitant about things like allowing spellcasters to wear armour or allowing martials to have anything nice. The Hexblade's original author suggested some changes to the class to make it more fun and viable which can be found on the Hexblade handbook.

Another take on "Cursemaster" could just be a debuff focused Necromancer throwing out fairly standard necromancy spells like backbiter/ray of enfeeblement/blindness/bestow curse (obviously) and avoiding creating undead.

What do you specifically envisage as a Cursemaster class?

Curses, hexes, necromancy. Everything that you said about the following spells.

There are some other classes that get curse related goodies: Blessed of Gruumsh 9: Eye of Curses and Kinslayer 9: Lolth's curse.

The third party Diablo books have the Necromancer base class that goes up to level 25 and has a good number of fairly powerful curses
