Help finding a home brew class

Years ago someone made up a home brew class for 3.5 that revolves around the character being extremely wealthy. You’d throw coins as a ranged attack, buy people off, had an allowance/income, that kinda stuff. I always thought it was really funny but I’m unable to find it now. Does anyone remember seeing it or can they find it now and point me in the right direction?
