Hello,
As the name implies I am looking for ways to become immune to/remove or otherwise bypass fatigue and exhaustion.

So Far:
Warforged
Become Undead
Remove Fatigue - level 4 spell (Apostle of Peace, Cleric, Pleasure
Tireless Rage - barbarian 17
Great Stamina - Peregrine Runner 3
Construct Exemplar - Renegade Mastermaker 10

what else is out there?

There's a regional feat called Tireless in PGtF that should work. That says nothing can ever make you exhausted, if something would make you exhausted instead makes you fatigued. Anything that would normally make you fatigued is ignored outright.

Iron Heart Surge (Tome of Battle) will do it.

If the fatigue or exhaustion is the result of a failed save against a spell, Resurgence will allow a second chance to make it (SpC).

Sheltered Vitality (SpC) makes you immune to fatigue and exhaustion for 1min/level

Boots of the Unending Journey (MiC) can make you constantly immune to fatigue and exhaustion, but you have to be able to activate the relic power

Generally, you can combine a downgrading effect with a fatigue immunity.

- Tireless was also printed in Dragon #318, tied into a "regionality" mechanic from Oriental Adventures instead of Forgotten Realms.
- Sandals of the Vagabond (Complete Champion) are a limited downgrader, but are pretty cheap and give you a nice +2 luck to initiative.
- Horizon Walker 1 (DMG) gives the option to select fatigue immunity from a list of available class features.
- Soldier's rest (Arms & Equipment Guide) is a 4.8k gp weapon or a 2.5k gp weapon enchant giving you fatigue ignoring.
- Reserve Energy feat (A&EG) allows you to take minor amounts of damage to ignore fatigue, exhaustion or shaken.

When looking at barbarians, you should keep in mind that your fatigue only lasts until the end of the encounter, and most encounters are probably shorter than the rage anyway.
