is there a list of what is considered 3rd party for "official" sourcebooks?

not homebrew, but things for example like all the dragonlance books that aren't the DLCS

There's a few fine lines here.

If you mean everything 3rd party released for the d20 system, the list would be huge.

If you mean the loosely-defined "semi-official 3rd party"/licensed 3rd party (stuff that displays the D&D logo) then you'd be looking at things like:

Diablo d20
Dragonlance (except Campaign Setting)
Kingdoms of Kalamar
Ravenloft
Wow d20 (I think)
The online Dark Sun stuff (?)
Knowledge Arcana magazine (?)
etc.
