Hello, I'm writing a new class for 5e which Cobalt Sages will (probably) be publishing later this year. It's called the Dragonsoul Adept, and is inspired by the Dragonfire Adept (and maybe Dragon Shaman as well) from 3.5e. There are a couple DFA for 5e classes out there already, but they all turn the class into a caster, which I felt makes it compete too much with the warlock and gets away from the source material. The DSA is a non-spellcasting blaster, with a lot melee options, and if anything, competes with the monk.

The giantitp community was a great help with my Pathfinder projects, so I thought I would come here again (once the server was up). Any feedback would be appreciated:

There have been changes since the OP:
-the primary breath weapon uses a recharge die like actual dragons do
-the various Dexterity options have been removed: they always felt weird
-the Swiftwing legacy has been buffed a bit
-a new legacy, the rageblood, has been added
-the master of shapes invocation has been nerfed
