Looking for golden guide to race building

Hi, glad to see the forum back and running !
I'm looking for the old "Golden guide to race building, and like many other of my bookmarked homebrew content, I seem to have lost it in the depths of the site.
Search fonction doesnt help, neither does google.

This guide broke down race homebrewing in a point based system, much like pathfinder did, but older, and in some ways better.

Does anyone have a backed up copy, or a .txt ?
