I have sort of vaguely finalized my maimer build (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=58664&highlight=maimer), based off maiming Strike from Exemplars of Evil and Crippling Strike.
I present Sands the Glittering, Races of the Dragon Web Enhancement Variant (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/we/20060420a) Desert Kobold (Unearthed Arcana) (http://www.systemreferencedocuments.org/35/sovelior_sage/unearthedEnvironmentalVariants.html#desert-kobolds) Rogue 12, Paladin of Tyranny 4 (http://www.systemreferencedocuments.org/35/sovelior_sage/unearthedCoreClass.html#freedom-slaughter-and-tyranny), Fighter 4. He is a paladin of Tiamat, upholding the racial superiority of kobolds and dragonkind by mutilating and flaying those that oppose the Dragon Queen.
1Rog1 Improved Unarmed Strike
2Rog2
3Rog3 Maiming strike
4Pal1
5Ftr1 Weapon Finesse
6Pal2 Two Weapon Fighting
7Ftr2 SnapKick
8Pal3
9Ftr3 Strength Devotion
10Pal4 Improved Two weapon Fighting(Complete Champion no spell casting variant in favor of a feat)
11Rog4
12Rog5 Combat Reflexes
13Rog6
14Rog7
15Rog8 Greater Two Weapon Fighting
16Rog9
17Rog10
18Rog11 Savvy Rogue
19Rog12
20Ftr4
BAB 17
Full attack: UAS +13, TWF +13, SK +13, UAS +8, ITWF +8, UAS +3, GTWF +3, Claw +8, Claw +8, Bite +8, Slam +8
He has eleven attacks on a full attack, all of them adamantine due to Strength devotion(which is also the feat that adds his slam attack), and each one that connects will sap off one charisma point as well as two strength points. He will need an ally to flank with to maximize this of course and each time that ally hits he gets another attack thanks to opportunist and savvy rogue.
I am not sure I computed the full attack properly though, so please feel free to correct it. The numbers are just based off BAB, excluding size, dex, flanking and enhancement modifiers.
If there is a way to better abuse maximize this build, your two cents will be greatly appreciated.
I am not sure if I need to move the feats around to make it legal.
Edit: Crippling Strike and Opportunist are the chosen Rogue Special Abilities for rogue levels 10 and 12 (ecl 17 and 19) respectively.
