I'm reading the Ascetic Form feat, and it specifically references being able to use a weapon with Style Strikes, but Style Strikes all require specific body parts to be used in them.
How does this work? Any ideas?

Do you mean Ascetic Strike feat, that allows one to use unarmed attack feats and effects that augment unarmed attacks with a chosen monk weapon?
You adapt it.
Like hammerblow, the monk would place both hands on his monk weapon for a two handed swing, head-butt you smack the foe in the face with the monk weapon, etc.

Close - I think he means Ascetic Form, which is the previous feat in the chain.
Otherwise yes - in general it works regardless of the specific strike or melee weapon, though of course if you try something particularly outlandish your GM may say no.
