I'd love to hear about things people like.

Personally, I've been bought Grod's Guide to Greatness (https://www.dmsguild.com/product/267038/Grods-Guide-to-Greatness) for my game. Got a chemist playing an alchemist. He loves it. He's got deck of illusion shenanigans sitting around forever. Guarding the fake haunted airship, and menacing in the real haunted mournland. And tanglefoot is a neat thing. I can't give these guys solo encounters.

Grod has also made a class for Stands, and a different arcane knight that we haven't tested ourselves yet.

I've heard good things about this psion (https://www.gmbinder.com/share/-LZSNMgmChWNGW979hrj/-LlO2-wFddHGeXbp2Cgm/source) from the same player. The website works better with chrome than firefox.

Let's see, I also got Uncaged vol. 2 off the DMs guild, it is a collection of adventures with female monsters. I've used a few story seeds from it, but more than half of the adventures seem to use folklore's trappings without using its depth, or else go the other direction and get preachy. I guess I see a Rusalka's vengeance as empowering, not tragic, myself. Why would you stop before you've drowned your killer? I guess it's hard to reach a balance I like in 10 pages or less.

But there are still several good ones. Maybe a volume is worth the PDF price. Certainly it's cheaper than buying Ghosts of Saltmarsh or Yawning Portal, even if you have to pick and choose your adventures.

Anyone else have any recommendations?

Well, my favorite unofficial thing so far is my Fighter remake using the Spell-Less Bard and Fighter.

But I'm biased 😂

Currently I'm in love with Kobold Press's Midgard setting, the world is terrific. Old Malgreve is great, Tome of Beasts as well. I highly recommend.

I'm a fan of Blackball's Treasure (https://gurbintrollgames.wordpress.com/blackballs-treasure-2/).

It basically deals with most aspects of wealth and treasure, giving you Wealth by Level guidelines (apparently based on the treasure tables and expected encounters in the DMG), re-balanced magic item prices, alternate treasure tables, and 4e-style Treasure Parcels and Residuum rules. It's all designed to work together but also be modular so you can use the WBL on its own or add the re-balanced magic item prices and alternate treasure tables, or go the whole hog and add the 4e-based stuff too.

The best non official book I've read is odyssey of the dragonlords, a campaign in Greek inspired setting, with Greek inspired subclass. Beautiful illustrations, very good writing. It's expensive tho (but it's 400 pages long).
On dm guild I recommand "necromancy can be good" a small booklet of necromancy spells trying to somewhat subvert expectations. From a low level spell to reattach a limb, to a spell able to switch body with another creature, or an echo mechanic, allowing to search the memory of the dead.

Honestly, my favorite so far was The Chef class by Sam Grierson (currently on version 2). Early levels are a bit rough, but the class really takes off around 6th. Only thing I added to it with my DM was the ability to cast Firebolt, but reskinned it as a combination of spices that let be shoot flaming spit. Otherwise, this class is super useful, and REALLY well written.

Not intending to plug, but I'm infatuated with my Prestige Options. It opens up a world of concepts and builds by just modifying the primary stats on classes and adding new multiclass rules.

Want a Barbarian Monk? Got it.
Want a Paladin Wizard? Got it.
Want a Monk Warlock? Got it.

I've been having a lot of fun DMing for my players who've been using it, but my deep desire is to be a player with a DM who'd be willing to do the same.

I'm currently loving the new 2020 update on the Blood Hunter class.

That's a bit better than Saidoro's Sane Magic Items (https://forums.giantitp.com/showthread.php?424243-Sane-Magic-Item-Prices) I had been using for Eberron.

Favorite DM's Guild content? Beasts of the Jungle Rot, easily. Giving my AL Druid and Wizard buds some dino love.

Favorite homebrew? The Minimus Magus fighter. (https://i.reddit.com/r/UnearthedArcana/comments/czchel/minimus_magus_the_return_of_a_fighter_archetype/) IMO it's not quite 100% polished, (the extra damage on 10th needs an errata,) but it just speaks to me so much.
