Running Hoard of the Dragon Queen, an infamously poorly written module.
I know about one of the Scale Mail +1s, actually being White Dragon Scale. But, I've got the AL Certs, and for the life of me, I can't find where the Cloak of Elvenkind is handed out. Meanwhile, the online Supplement that contains rules for everything not in the book, doesn't even have the Cloak listed.
Am I blind, and really bad at reading, and after twice-reading the entire module, I can't find it because I am bad?
Am I missing an Errata or FAQ where the Cloak has been inserted into the module?
Or is it...Y'know...Infamously poorly written? And the Cloak isn't even in the module?
