Converted to what, Pathfinder? 3.5? Can you be more specific on what you need help with?

Straight conversions usually go in Homebrew IIRC

skimmed quickly and I don't think you are too far off. Please bear in mind however that there are a good number of swarming creatures already in 3.? that can simply be re-fluffed!!

And yes, we do play Starfinder from time to time
