I'm doing up a catalogue of warhammer-related options, and while doing dumb Google searches on sites that shall not be named I came across a reference to something called the 'People's Champion' PrC, which is apparently from the Greyhawk setting and is basically a five-level dwarfy PrC. That said, I can't seem to find any Web references to it or what book it might have come from. Anybody know this one, anybody can point me at the source for it?

EDIT: Never mind, I found it: http://www.wizards.com/dnd/article.asp?x=dnd/cg/cg20011024a

Looking over the class, the whole donating 50% of all your loot to a good cause will basically mean it's downright unplayable outside WBL shenanigans or a VoP build. However, the requirement is only that you'll swear an oath to do so, not that you actually do it or that you do so immediately, so "I'll donate half of everything I've made adventuring once I retire!" should make it work.

Everything it gets is pretty decent, except the 5th level ability which is so bad this is basically a four-level class. Supreme Cleave isn't a feat, but a class feature of two CW prestige classes, Knight Protector and Frenzied Berserker, so this would probably work the same way.

Noted. When I get the guide up I'll include the warnings :)

Note also that the class only makes you donate 50% of the money you gain. So if your loot or rewards take another form, such as magic items, paintings, services etc., you get to keep it all. And the PrC doesn't stop you from asking to be paid in not-money either, nor even from having your party loot everything and buy items for you so you never actually get any money.

Potential cheese aside, the class seems pretty underwhelming to me. One of its better benefits though is hidden - proficiency with all armor and shields, so you can use a dip here depending on your class to pick up exotic armor/shield or tower shield proficiency if needed.
