I've been toying around with the seer ACFS ( http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20070411a ) and cant really find a way to make it do something fun.
you trade your psion first level bonus feat for action boost and action surge. That's pretty cool.
So that got me thinking about how to create an action point generator: a character that creates their action points and uses them to kick butt.
So far, my best guess is raging luck paired with a badger hengeyokai and a means of swift action calm emotions.
a second best guess is a sorcerer (or draconic heritage something else) with white dragon lineage feat spending arcane spell slots to enter a "state similar to that of a barbarian's rage".
But let's figure it out together. How can we build an action point generator? The earliest level to get one online possible.
