How to get Find Steed & Find Greater Steed?

Hello all, I was just wondering if there is any method to get access to those spells outside of Bard & Paladin? I am away from my books right now, and just wondering if there was a Background: Ravnica, Race: Eberron, or sub-class that gets them added to spell lists or something similar?

You can also use scrolls if the spell is in your list.

Ring of spell storing will work.

A wish would do it for anyone. A thief could cast it from a scroll with the 13th level Use Magic Device ability. With an Ioun Stone of Reserve, any character could cast the 2nd level Find Steed, assuming you had a buddy to cast it into the stone.
