Greetings, all!

Winged watcher is a 1 round per caster level personal Druid spell that you can cast on your animal companion as a touch spell via share spells. It transforms the subject into an Owl or a Raven, each a Tiny creature and, thus, eligible to fit into a familiar pocket, an extradimensional familiar-only pocket about 1 cubic foot that can safely fit a creature of Tiny size or less for 1 hour per caster level.

If you're an Arcane Hierophant or you just UMD winged watcher on your familiar and the subject of this spell is normally bigger than Tiny, what happens when winged watcher expires?

The text of Familiar Pocket says

The spell turns one of the target item's pockets into an extradimensional space that can hold your familiar (or about 1 cubic foot for a Tiny or smaller creature).
The familiar fits inside without creating a noticeable bulge in the item.

It creates an extradimensional space that can fit your familiar. If your familiar gets bigger while in it, the space will expand as well, but only enough to hold your familiar. It might say "about one cubic foot" but only for Tiny or smaller familiars. You don't even need Winged Watcher to be able to put a dire bear familiar companion in your pocket, because Familiar Pocket will fit them.
