Limited Wish - Item Creation.

I have Limited Wish 1/day as a SLA (so no xp cost) Can I use it to fulfill item prerequisites for crafting of spells I do not know.

Example: I do not know bull's strength. I want to make a belt of giant strength, I use my limited wish to duplicate Bull's Strength every day and make the belt.

Magic Item Creation rules specifically call out access through another item as a way of getting access to spells needed to craft an item. (So a Wand of Bulls Strength will let you craft Bracers of Strength). That's odd to me, but given that, access through a 7th-level SLA mimicking the spell seems perfectly acceptable.

I don't know of an official ruling, but as the wording is that Limited Wish "duplicates" other spells, and duplicate is defined as "an exact copy, identical" I would say yes.
