A couple of feats, one that lets you choose a second subrace, and another that lets you choose a second race. Looking for some critique and suggestions on how to streamline or tune them.

Blended Race

Your parents, grandparents, or other near ancestors, though they were of the same race, came from different ethnic groups within that race. The racial traits of both of these ancestors have manifested particularly strongly in you.

Choose a second subrace for your race. If you have more than one race (as with the Halfbreed feat), you may choose a subrace from either race. You gain all the traits of that subrace, with the following modifications:

One of your abilities scores increases by 1, no more, no less. If the subrace you chose increases an ability score by 2, it instead only increases that ability score by one. If that subrace increases more than one ability score, you may choose which of those ability scores is increased. If the subrace does not increase an ability score, you may instead use the Ability Score Increase from that race to determine which ability score will be increased. Finally, if that race does not increase any of your ability scores, you may increase one of your choice.
If the subrace you chose gives you a feat, you do not gain that feat.

Not every race has different subraces. Some races, such as half-elves and tieflings, have variants you may choose from. You may use this feat to choose a variant version of that race instead of a subrace, although you don’t benefit from any duplicate racial features. Similarly, a dragonborn may choose a second draconic ancestry instead of a subrace.

You are considered to be a member of both subraces at the same time.

Halfbreed

Your parents, grandparents, or other near ancestors were members of different races. The racial traits of both of these ancestors have manifested particularly strongly in you.

Choose a second race (with a subrace, if applicable). You gain all the traits of that race, with the following modifications:

Your ability scores and speed remain the same.
While your height or weight might be affected by your mixed heritage, your size category does not change unless the race you chose is at least two sizes larger or smaller than you, in which case your size increases or decreases by one step.
You learn one racial language for that race (e.g. Elvish, for an elf). If you already know this language, you may learn a different language of your choice.
If the race you chose gives you a feat, you do not gain that feat.

You are considered to be a member of both races at the same time.
