Design Notes: Unseen servant is clearly designed in 5e to be available more or less at will, thanks to being a ritual spell. Well, "at will" when you have 10 minutes, 6 seconds to spend. However, having it available after spending 10 minutes gets less useful when you're moving around at anything close to normal walking speed. This is designed to let you cast a breakfast spell to get its benefits more or less whenever you want, and beefed up a bit to make it worth the spell slot.

Invisible Entourage
3rd level Conjuration
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: Self
Components: V, S, M (a piece of string and a bit of wood)
Duration: 24 hours

While this spell lasts, you gain the ability to cast unseen servant as an action without spending a spell slot or using any components. If you have 8 or more servants so created, casting the spell in this fashion causes one of the existing ones (your choice) to disappear. You may command servants you create via unseen servant individually or in groups, commanding one group or individual per bonus action spent doing so, one task per command. Groups may be given group tasks, which they will automatically divide up between them. Orders to pitch camp might have several setting up tents while others gather firewood, for example.

At higher levels. Casting this spell with a slot of 4th level or higher permits you to have a maximum of 2 more servants at a time per spell level above third.
