Is it any good? From how it looks it seems like a really addictive and frustrating (in that puzzle kind of way) game with some very VERY black humor to it.

Portal is amazing. AMAZING. A M A Z I N G. It's what you'd expect from a game that has been in production for seven years. And the best part about it is that they have barely scratched the surface with what they can do with it.

Heh, this is the third Orange Box-related thread I've seen today. This (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=58949) is our main thread, and also home of the GiantITP TF2 group

Portal is fantastic, one of my favourite games, well, ever. Great gameplay (ingenious ideas), a good story, brilliant humour. The only downside is that it's a little on the short side: I completed the main story in one evening, with a few more for the 'advanced' levels. Fortunately, though, people are already making maps for Portal (myself included), so more challenges will be out soon.

I also highly reccomend all the other games in the Orange Box, which are all also fantastic.

Anyway Portal is awesome. Just look at what everyone else posted and you'll basically have my thoughts on Portal. If your looking for actually reviews try Metacritic. I doubt anyone here will do more than write more than a brief paragraph.
