Concordant Killer + Singer of Concordance

Monster Manual IV has the Concordant Killer creature and Races of the Dragon has the Singer of Concordance PrC. How well can we make them work better together?

(I made this topic because I heard these names in a dream and was curious what they were.)

Those two things are completely unrelated. A concordance or something that's concordant is an agreeable balance between two or more things, to put it in few words.

The Concordant Killer is an outsider that's a balanced combination of celestial and fiend. It's CR 19 angel of death that's sent on a rampage by a deity.

The Singer of Concordance seeks to bring unity and agreement among all dragonkind.
