The Travelers Wagon
This appears as a simple wagon made of wood. However, by looking inside the wagon you will notice that where the floor of the wagon should be, there is instead a staircase leading down to a door, the stairs go much deeper then the base of the wagon should allow (about 10 feet). Going through the door leads to a extra dimensional space consisting of 9 bare rooms connected by wooden doors with a door on each wall leading to another room. The rooms are all 15 foot cubes with stone walls and wooden floors and ceilings, the floors, ceilings, and outer walls mark the edges of the boundaries and are normal six inches in, at which point they become indestructible, The inner walls and doors however, can be taken down, put up, or replaced as normal. At first each room is totally empty except for a fireplace in one wall, of each, but furniture or other things can be placed in the rooms. if the Wagon itself is destroyed anything inside the wagon appears in a pile at the location of the cart and takes 10d6 damage. If the wagon is attacked the rooms seem to shake and crashing noises are heard. The wagon cannot be placed inside a bag of holding, portable hole, or other such magical objects, though those objects can be brought inside the wagon.
If purchased, the wagon comes with a warranty that if deciphered by a DC 30 Decipher Script check reveals that it doesn’t cover anything, but merely is a very complicated tale of a kobold named “Pun-Pun” written in excessively complex legalese.
Cost 4000 gp, weight 500 pounds, comes with the harness needed to drive it.
Additional Effects can be added to the Wagon for the indicated price
Additional Rooms: 1000gp per extra room up to a maximum of 15 rooms.
Enhanced Durability: The wagon is enchanted to gain the hardness and hit points of stone for 700g or or iron for 1500g
Self-Propelling: 700g The wagon is able to move under its own magical power at a speed of 30 feet.
Camouflage: 1000gp ,the wagon can camouflage itself (DC 16 spot check) when a command word is spoken, if the cart is entered, exited or moved, the camouflage ends.
Improved Speed: 700, the cart moves 15 feet faster when on a road.
Hovering: 1500 gp, requires self-propelling, the cart loses its wheels and instead hovers up to 4 feet above the ground allowing it to bypass difficult terrain, the cart can move over water provided the water is no deeper then 10 feet.
The Cart can be identified as what it is by a DC 10 Knowledge (arcania) check, so it’s probably not a good idea to hope foes will just get confused and walk away, (they’ll probably just smash it)

Not sure about the prices, but it sounds like a pretty good idea.

Yeah I'm no good at prices, but do you think their too high or too low.
