Could be semantics but this has popped up in other situations: the enchanted armor spike w/ the Warning ability. Is the armor spike wielded? Yeah I can go with that but that's not the condition for the bonus. Held? Not as clear.

Any others faced/answered that question?

While wearing spiked armor, you threaten adjacent squares with it as a wielded weapon, so yes to that.

Warning specifically says "as long as it is held" so that's not good enough for that to work.

An enchanted (spiked) gauntlet should work, since it's technically in (and on) your hand.
