Superhuman Charisma [General]
You possess superhuman charm.

Prerequisites
Cha 20.

Benefits
You may make rushed Diplomacy checks without taking a -10 penalty.

You may feint in combat or attempt to demoralise an opponent as a free action rather than a standard action (but no more than once per round). Whenever you do so, you may also choose to affect any number of applicable opponents within 30 feet (roll once, then check separately for each opponent).

Superhuman Constitution [General]
You possess superhuman endurance.

Prerequisites
Con 20.

Benefits
You heal hit points and ability damage every hour rather than every day. You may heal ability drain as though it were ability damage.

Whenever you make a saving throw against a poison, disease, or death effect, roll twice and take the better result.

Negative levels inflicted on you never result in actual level loss. Whenever you fail a save against a negative level, it simply persists for another 24 hours.

If you are exhausted or fatigued, your condition improves one step (from exhausted to fatigued or from fatigued to normal) after 10 minutes regardless of whether you rest or not.

Superhuman Dexterity [General]
You possess superhuman agility.

Prerequisites
Dex 20.

Benefits
You may use your Dexterity modifier instead of your Strength modifier when determining damage with ranged and thrown weapons.

You do not lose your Dexterity bonus to your Armour Class while you are flat-footed.

Add one-half your character level as an untyped bonus on all Dex-based ability checks and skill checks.

Superhuman Strength [General]
You possess superhuman might.

Prerequisites
Str 20.

Benefits
You gain the Powerful Build special quality. For all effects, you are treated as being your own size or one size category larger (whichever is more advantageous to you). This stacks with all other sources of Powerful Build.

Your encumbrance (if any) is treated as one degree better (i.e. from heavy load to medium load, or medium load to light load).

Add your character level as an untyped bonus on all Str-based ability checks and skill checks.

Superhuman Wisdom [General]
You possess superhuman insight.

Prerequisites
Wis 20.

Benefits
Whenever you make a saving throw against a mind-affecting effect, roll twice and take the better result.

You are entitled to a Will save to disbelieve any illusion you see, as though you had interacted with it.

Add one-half your character level as an untyped bonus on all Wis-based ability checks and skill checks.

Supra-Genius [General]
You possess superhuman intelligence.

Prerequisites
Int 20.

Benefits
You may make any skill check untrained.

All skills are class skills for you (regain one skill point for each cross-class skill rank you have purchased when you select this feat).

Add one-half your character level as an untyped bonus on all Int-based ability checks and skill checks.

Having an ability score of 20 isn't humanly possible (at least not for the standard NPC), so here are some feats to reward achieving that. Not all ability scores are created equal, so clearly the power level fluctuates from feat to feat. Hopefully they're flavourful though at least!
