Aasimar variant traits?

I'm not sure if I'm just missing it but I love the Tiefling variant abilities from SCAG, and while I could certainly include variants for aasimar, I was curious if they had maybe been published somewhere and I just missed it? I know there are some aasimar subraces, but I was hoping for a straight counterpart to the tiefling SCAG variants.

I see a lot of homebrew stuff, but a lot of it is far more in-depth than I need.

Am I just missing it? Did they never do it? UA article?

I'm 99% sure they just have the subraces and the one in the DMG (which seems to be considered out of date).

They got an update in Volo's Guide to monsters. It tweaked their racial traits and added subraces
