I vaguely remember that the wotc webpage had a master list of 3.5e monsters by CR back in the day. Has anyone kept an equivalent sort of page working? How about, has there been a cr correction project anywhere, a sort of master list of monster cr reassignments? Maybe even a full on monster statblock de-stupification and standardization project somewhere?

Do ANY of these things, or anything to help the newbie gm that wants to use all these interesting but flawed monsters from all these books, exist anywhere?

All of them, probably not, but 2678 results is a place to start. And sortable by CR (http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/lists/monsters&tablesort=5).

Just be aware that it doesn't include monsters from online articles (https://forums.giantitp.com/showthread.php?567712), or monsters from Dragon and Dungeon magazines...
