3.5 d&d Scion Mother Question

Does anyone know of any stats or anything more for the Scion Mother, the grand queen or god or whatever of the formians. All I know about her is from the 3.0 manual of the planes where it says she says she is as powerful as an intermediate deity but nobody knows if she is lying. Is there anything more concrete about what she is and what she can do or she is the whatever DM decides she is thing?
