Stoneblessed is a 3 level prestige class with 2 skill points, medium bab, and a d8 hit die that allows one humanoid/giant/monstrous humanoid count as a dwarf, gnome or goliath, with the racial abilities of the chosen race of stone doled out over the three levels.

Salient is the adaptation text of the prestige class where you are invited to make your own version.

Adaptation
This prestige class—or one like it that you make yourself—is a way to give racial abilities to creatures not of that race. The class offers racial abilities based on specialized training or cultural immersion first, saving spell-like abilities and more obviously magical or biological abilities for the 3rd (and highest) level of the prestige class. If you're creating a prestige class tied to a particularly powerful race, you might need more than three levels to effectively balance powerful racial abilities.

So, assuming you use a 1 HD, zero LA race, what do you think would be a cool adaptation?

Elves or Raptorans maybe, would be a cool way to qualify for some PrC's you don't normally see.

Honestly Human should have one. There is 0 reason that a race shouldn't be able to adapt as a human can, humans just tend to do so naturally.
Requirements
Skills: Knowledge (Local) 2 ranks , Profession (Any) 5 ranks

Creature Type: Giant, humanoid, or monstrous humanoid.

Special: The character must be able to speak Common. In a setting with regional languages you should speak the regional language of the region you are adapting to in addition to common.

Special: The character must be shown the ropes to become a [whatever] by a member of the chosen race. Fulfilling this requirement usually entails living with the race in question and being sort of curious, although it might (at the DM's discretion) also involve the completion of a single great task.

Instead of Good Fort I would suggest Good Ref, as that is a Humanoid Type creature's good saving throw, and Will Saves are what Humans tend to be good at.

First ability would add 6 class skills of the character's choice to their list of class skills, with the only two class skills being Profession (Any) and Craft (Any). Humans generally vary quite a bit from one another, but they love freedom of choice, and the ability to pursue whatever passions they happen to have, although they are usually still required to work for income which involves either creating something, or working as a skilled (or unskilled) laborer.

Second ability would give them an additional skill point per level on any level the character receives, showing that the character is becoming adept at pursuing hobbies and passions rather than completely dictated by what their place in society is (however that may be determined for their race.)

The final ability would of course be a bonus feat of the character's choice that they meet the prerequisites for, as well as counting as human for the purposes of prerequisites (like Chameleon, or human paragon).

Humans aren't picky on who they adopt, as long as you show a willingness to learn, adapt, and most importantly accept all sorts of people and creatures.

Ruathar is basically Races of the Wild's version to become an Elf... ish.

A prestige class that allows humans (or even other races) to gradually become an Elan could be interesting.
