Seeking trait/feat/ability that increases CL by 1 when metamagic is applied (Spheres)

As the title says, I would have sworn that I remember there being a trait, feat or ability somewhere that increases the CL of a spell by 1 when metamagic is applied to it. This could be from core or from Spheres of Power. If anyone is able to point me in the right direction I would be most appreciative as I cannot seem to locate it now!

An arcane bloodline sorcerer's bloodline arcana increases the DC by 1 when metamagic is used, and several other bloodline arcana increase caster level under other circumstances. If I had to guess what you were thinking of it's those smooshed together.
