Cyst Slayer
Some take it upon themselves to eliminate those who have been infected with Necrotic Cysts. Seeing the Cysts as Parasites, they willingly take a Mother Cyst into their own body to hunt others better. Enacting a ritual on themselves, they suppress it for all but detection, to keep themselves from becoming their enemies. They also receive considerable training on removing cysts from creatures, either through experimentation, or from a mentor.

[b]Class Features
Necrotic Awareness(Sp): At first level, a Cyst Slayer gains Necrotic Awareness as a spell-like ability usable at will. This ability may also be used to pinpoint where on/in the body the Cyst is (This happens after the 3rd Round).

Ritual of Suppression (Su): A Cyst Slayer may no longer cast the spells granted to him by the Mother Cyst feat.

Parasite Removal (Ex): A Cyst Slayer may take one hour to remove a cyst from a willing creature. He does not need to make the DC 20 Heal check usually required to remove the cyst safely.

Thwart the Cyst (Ex): The Cyst Slayer is counted as undead for the purposes of Cysts. This effect also effects any weapons the Cyst Slayer is weilding. In addition, all spells cast on a creature with a Necrotic Cyst have +2 DC.

Supress the Parasite (Su): The Cyst Slayer's Mother Cyst has become completely Dormant. This has allowed the Cyst Slayer's body to become immune to all spells gained from the Mother Cyst feat.

Purge the Cyst (Ex): To use this ability, You must first locate where the cyst is on a creature (see Necrotic Awareness above). Then, once per day, As a standard action, a Cyst slayer may make an Unarmed Strike melee attack to attempt to rip a Cyst (Even a Mother Cyst) out of an opponents body. The Cyst is ripped out if the attack hits.

If the cyst is ripped out of an opponent with this ability, the opponent must make a second fortitude save, using the same DC as above (with the same bonuses). If the save succeeds, the opponent simply takes 10d6 points of damage. If the save fails, the creature instantly dies due to internal shock.

A Creature who loses a Mother Cyst is treated as no longer having the Mother Cyst feat, and any creatures who had a Cyst implanted into them by the creature who lost its Mother Cyst feat, have the Cysts in them die, with no consequences to them.

Purge the Cyst (Ex) - Sir Latch may make an unarmed melee attack after locating the cyst on the opponents body (using Necrotic Awareness). If he succeeds he has ripped the Cyst out, and the opponent must make a DC 23 Fortitude save. If the creature succeeds he takes 10d6 points of damage from internal shock. Interesting... but whats a Cyst?

Its a Ball of undead flesh more or less, introduced in Libris Mortis. Someone with the Mother Cyst spell can implant Cysts into people and use them for many evil effects.

Have What? And you spelled thwart wrong right below that. But it's a cool idea. The cysts needed a bit more elaboration in LM.

And here I thought I caught all my errors. I'll go fix that.
