This is an Epic level extension of Lord_Gareth's Harrowed base class posted here (https://forums.giantitp.com/showthread.php?188148-3-5-Base-Class-Harrowed-PEACH).

Epic advancement:
HD: d8
Skill points: 4 + Int
Tenebrous Touch: Damage continues to increase by 1d6 every odd level.
Harrowings: You continue to get a new Harrowing every odd level. You gain access to Epic Harrowings.
Bonus Feat: You gain a bonus feat at every 3 levels after 20th (23rd, 26th, 29th, etc.). [I didn't want to come up with a complete feat list, but anything that seems within a Harrowed's wheelhouse should work. Generic epic feats, the new epic feats here, and the Harrowed's original feat selection posted by Lord_Gareth should all work]
Bestial Resilience: At 27th level the Harrowed becomes immune to damage matching the type of energy that her Tenebrous Touch deals.
Other stuff: All your level dependent abilities continue to increase as before.

New Basic Harrowings
Far-seeing Horror (Ex)
Effect: The range of your Tenebrous Touch extends to 160 ft. with no range increment.

Epic Harrowings
Fortified Resilience (Ex)
Prerequisites: Unholy Resistance, Base Will save +15
Benefit: A Harrowed that selects this Harrowing gains immunity to a damage type they have selected for an Unholy Resistance Harrowing.
Special: This Harrowing may be taken multiple times. Each time must be with a new energy type that the Harrowed has Unholy Resistance in.

Indomitable Beast (Ex)
Effect: You Harrowed class features continue to function in an antimagic field.

Overpowering Blast (Su)
Benefit: Once per encounter, a Harrowed that selects this Harrowing may decide to maximize a Tenebrous Touch attack. If that attack hits all damage from Tenebrous Touch is maximized. If the attack misses then this empowerment is wasted. Unleashing additional power from the monster within is dangerous. Using a power in conjunction with Overpowering Blast increases the save DC for saves vs. The Monster Within by 5.

Quixotic Beast (Ex)
Prerequisites: Unholy Resistance in an energy type that is different than that chosen for the Harrowed’s Tenebrous Touch.
Benefit: A Harrowed that develops this Harrowing may switch which type of energy they siphon off from the monster within for their Tenebrous abilities. The Harrowed gains a new Tenebrous Touch attack element that matches the resistance chosen with Unholy Resistance. Switching between energy types is a swift action that does not provoke attacks of opportunity. Switching provokes a Will save (see The Monster Within) against DC 31.
Damage type, secondary effects of Tenebrous Touch, and all other effects dependent on Tenebrous Touch change to match the new energy type. Energy Resistance gained by Bestial Resilience and Unholy Resistance do not change.
Special: This Harrowing may be taken multiple times to gain access to more energy types.

Quixotic Crescendo (Su)
Prerequisites: Quixotic Beast, at least three other Epic Harrowings.
Benefit: A Harrowed that develops this Harrowing may siphon off two different types of energy from the monster within at the same time. If the two types of damage use different damage dice, use the higher of the two. Affected foes must save against both secondary effects. To resist the damage, foes must have resistance to both energy types and even then, only the lowest resistance counts. Mixing energy types is dangerous, increasing the save DC of saves vs. The Monster Within by 5.
Special: This Harrowing may be taken multiple times, with a different pair of energy types. The Harrowing can even be used to mix more than two energy types at the same time. For example, a Harrowed could take Quixotic Crescendo three times, first to mix Fire and Acid, second to mix Fire and Cold, and a third time to mix Acid and Cold. This would allow all three to be mixed at the same time. Mixing energy in this way increases the save DC for saves vs. The Monster Within by 5 for each additional energy type.

The Beast Has Chains (Su)
Prerequisites: Nightmare Mind
Effect: If you save successfully against a mind-affecting power you can reflect it against your foe as if using spell turning.

Void Tunnel (Su)
Effect: Dimension door as a move action with a caster level equal to your class level. Usable 3 times per encounter. Activating this feat provokes a will save (see The Monster Within) against DC 31.

Epic Harrowed Feats
Focused Power [Harrowed] [Epic]
Prerequisites: Point Blank Shot, Precise Shot, Manyshot, Tenebrous Fury class ability
Benefit: As a swift action that does not provoke an attack of opportunity you may infuse your ranged weapon with Tenebrous Touch. Your next attack with the weapon deals Tenebrous Touch damage in addition to weapon damage, as well as triggering the secondary effects of Tenebrous Touch. This extra damage is not multiplied in the event of a critical hit. If you miss, the attack is wasted. This effect must be used within a number of rounds equal to your Charisma modifier. Infusing your weapon provokes a Will save (see The Monster Within) against DC 21, though shooting the weapon thereafter does not.
Additionally, when activating Tenebrous Fury, you may infuse your ranged weapons with Tenebrous Touch just as if they were melee weapons. The effect still lasts for a number of rounds equal to your Charisma modifier.

Greater Tenebrous Touch [Harrowed] [Epic]
Prerequisites: Tenebrous Touch 8d6
Benefit: Add +1d6 to your Tenebrous Touch damage.
Special: This feat may be taken multiple times. Its effects stack.

Hindering Whispers [Harrowed] [Epic]
Prerequisites: Tenebrous Touch 13d6, one or more other Epic Harrowed feats
Benefit: Once per day you can allow the monster within to speak to all within 30 feet of you. Any casters within range must make a Concentration check to cast spells. This check is as if the caster was casting defensively with a penalty equal to half your Harrowed class level. Activating this ability is a move action. To maintain this ability you must expend a swift action each round it is in effect. The ability may last up to one minute.

Improved Evil Eye [Harrowed] [Epic]
Prerequisites: Cha 25, Evil Eye class ability
Benefit: The penalty to ability scores, skill checks, saving throws, and attack rolls caused by your Evil Eye increases to -8. Evil Eye can be used an additional two times per encounter, but only once against each foe.

Improved Tenebrous Touch [Harrowed] [Epic]
Prerequisites: Tenebrous Touch 10d6, Cha 25
Benefit: Add +2 to the save DC to resist any ability that uses your Tenebrous Touch.
Special: This feat may be taken multiple times. Its effects stack.

Lend Touch [Harrowed] [Epic]
Prerequisites: Cha 25, Tenebrous Touch 8d6
Benefit: Once per encounter you may lend your Tenebrous Touch to all allies within 60 ft. as a standard action. They gain a use of your Tenebrous Touch that they may use as a ranged touch attack or with their next melee attack. As a melee attack the use is not expended unless the attack hits. The borrowed power dissipates after a number of rounds equal to your Charisma modifier if unused. The power will also disappear if you die. Using this feat provokes a Will save (see The Monster Within) against DC 35.
Special: If you have the Focused Power feat then your allies may also imbue the next attack with a ranged weapon in the same manner as Focused Power.

Phantom Cloaked [Harrowed] [Epic]
Prerequisites: Tenebrous Touch 15d6, Profane Transcendence Harrowing, three or more other Epic Harrowed feats
Benefit: You gain spell resistance equal to your Harrowed class level + 6.

Tenebrous Opportunity [Harrowed] [Epic]
Prerequisites: Combat Reflexes, Dex 19
Benefit: Whenever you are allowed an attack of opportunity, you may attack with your Tenebrous Touch as a melee touch attack or infuse your melee weapon with Tenebrous Touch and attack with it as your attack of opportunity.

Tenebrous Storm [Harrowed] [Epic]
Prerequisites: Dex 23, Tenebrous Touch 11d6, Point Blank Shot, Ability Focus (Tenebrous Touch)
Benefit: As a full-action, you may attack every foe within 30 ft. with Tenebrous Touch at your full base attack bonus. Activating Tenebrous Storm provokes a Will save (see The Monster Within) against DC 38. The individual attacks of the Tenebrous Storm do not provoke saves vs. The Monster Within.

Unholy Wrath [Harrowed] [Epic]
Prerequisites: Weapon Focus (Tenebrous Touch), base attack bonus +17
Benefit: Striking a critical hit with a Tenebrous Touch attack unleashes extra power. Damage from Tenebrous Touch is maximized whenever a critical hit is rolled and you recover one use of a class feature that is only usable a limited number of times per day or per encounter.

Unleashed Harrowings [Harrowed] [Epic]
Benefit: Select two additional Harrowings. You gain the benefits of those Harrowings.
Special: You may take this feat more than once. Each time, you gain the benefits of two additional Harrowings.

I tested some of them epic stuff in actual play and it kept the Harrowed character relevant in a party of other epic characters. Hard to really scale correctly for epic stuff, but it seems on par with other epic level SRD feats and abilities.
