I imagine it gets spanked and sent home. It isn't that impressive in the cosmological sense; how many angels or demons out of an infinite number would it take to kill it?

There's now a big, dumb animal on a different plane. Not much changes. Planes already have plenty of those.... though the planar version are often smarter and better suited for their enviroment than the Tarrasque. It would fit right in to Beastlands, Arborea, Ysgard or some layers of Abyss, and some planes would very much suck for it... anything too cold, too barren or too weird would be bad places for it to be.

Gods can easily send it back where it came from.... or prevent it from getting near them in the first place if they don't want to bother with it. Some.... like the mentioned Bane.... would propably try to find an use for it... Tarrasque would make for a fine mount or a war-beast, though charm immunity makes that a bit harder. Non-gods too, for that matter. And while it's got decent chance to make the save, Banishment of extraplanar creatures works both ways.

In the elemental planes, Tarrasque is kinda screwed. It'll drown in Water, doesn't have burrow or fly speed to get anywhere important in Earth and Air unless it starts there, and it'll be mostly fine in Fire, as it's got fire immunity, but it may get stuck in a lava lake and still drown. And it still has to eat, so it'll starve to death in most of them.
