Yurtrus Domain

Amongst the most sinister of the orcish gods, Yurtrus is a dualistic entity of plague and the afterlife, utterly silent due to his lack of mouth. His followers embody this god’s role as a bringer of death, serving as terrifying avatars of his bountiful plagues, but they also serve to connect the living to the dead. Hands of Yurtrus, or White Hands, as they are called, maintain ossuaries constructed from the bones of the tribe's finest warriors, sending their honoured spirits to Gruumsh, and also help to contact those who have passed using necromancy. Hands of Yurtrus typically wear gloves of blanched white skin, the most treasured of which are those made out of elven skin. The most devoted also slice their tongues out, but those sent out of the tribe for various purposes may forego this out of necessity. This could also be used for other disease and necromancy related deities.

Bonus Proficiency
At 1st level, you gain proficiency in the medicine and intimidation skill.

The Grasp of Yurtrus
When you choose this domain at 1st level, you gain the chill touch cantrip, which counts as a cleric cantrip for you.

Channel Divinity: The Blessing of Rot
Starting at 2nd level, the cleric can use Channel Divinity to inflict one of Yurtrus’ plagues upon a victim.

When a creature within 40ft takes damage, the cleric can use Channel Divinity to force Yurtrus’ blessing upon them. The creature takes 1d10 poison damage and has to make a constitution save or gain the poisoned status for an amount of turns equal to your wisdom modifier.

The Inevitability of Death
Starting at 6th level, the cleric’s ability to channel Yurtrus’ pestilent blessings becomes more potent. Poison damage dealt by the character’s cleric spells and Channel Divinity options ignores resistance to poison damage. Immune creatures take half damage, and creatures immune to the poisoned condition instead merely make all saves against poison with advantage.

Potent Spellcasting
Starting at 8th level, you add your Wisdom modifier to the damage you deal with any cleric cantrip.

Avatar of Pestilence
At 17th level, you gain resistance to poison, acid and necrotic damage.

Spells are fine.

Bonus profs and cantrip, fine.

Channel Divinity needs to allow a save for the poisoned condition. 3-5 turns of poisoned is a death sentence for pretty much anyone.

Ignoring resistance is flat-out NEEDED for poison damage, so okay. I might also add "Immune creatures take half damage, and creatures immune to the poisoned condition instead merely make all saves against poison with advantage."

Potent, fine.

Avatar, fine.
