Hello

While our group is pursued, generally my gnome wizard, who has less movement, is carried by a stronger partner. Is it possible to cast spells in this situation?

So you're effectively treating your taller companions as an independent mount, right? In 5E, being on a mount has no effects on spellcasting or concentration. In more mechanically complex games like Pathfinder, it might.

Normal activity, such as moving and attacking, doesn’t interfere with Concentration.

If you're in a raging storm, a pitching ship, a landslide, or similar big environmental effects, then your DM may call for a concentration check.

Were stronger companion also fighting I might call for a concentration check... might. But just running away, you can cast without an issue.
