Looking for a wolf or worg like monster that naturally produces poison, the lower the CR the better. (looking for something that thematically fits with goblins they could harvest poison from to poison their weapons with)

Are templates that grant the ability to produce poison allowed, or does the doglike creature have to be template-free?

Not sure exactly how wolf-like you need it to be, but the Nifern from Serpent Kingdoms is CR 2.
