Remember that the spells heal more once you start hitting higher levels.

Why do you multiply Mass Healing Word with 6, but not Prayer of Healing? Prayer of Healing can heal up to 6 creatures, just like Mass Healing Word.

I also feel Prayer of Healing should not be grouped with the rest, since it grants higher healing at its level if you heal more than one creature at the cost of being more or less unusable in combat with its 1 minute cast time.

I've put together some data on healing myself. Here it is, followed by the spell I was balancing with it.

Here are the dice amounts (using both minimum and a 5th level slot) and links for single and multi-target healing spells for various casting times. All of these spells add the casting ability modifier to the baseline healing.

Bonus Action Standard Action 10 Minutes

1 Target 1st: 1d4, 5th:5d4 (http://5e.d20srd.org/srd/spells/healingWord.htm) 1st: 1d8, 5th: 5d8 (http://5e.d20srd.org/srd/spells/cureWounds.htm) 1st: 2d8, 5th: 10d8

6 Targets 3rd: 1d4, 5th:3d4 (http://5e.d20srd.org/srd/spells/massHealingWord.htm) 5th: 3d8, (+1:+1d8) (http://5e.d20srd.org/srd/spells/massCureWounds.htm) 2nd: 2d8 , 5th: 5d8 (http://5e.d20srd.org/srd/spells/prayerofHealing.htm)

For further reference Heal is level 6 and does a flat 70 points (NO ability score bonus) + 10 for each higher slot, and Mass Heal does a total of 700 distributed as you like among any number of targets. Note that even with a 20 casting score, Prayer for the Hero cast from a 6th level slot would average 59 points of healing, meaning that Heal would be outdoing it by 11 points and in 1/100 of the casting time. This is, of course, as it should be.

Note for other table creators: The color for headers appears to be APPROXIMATELY SaddleBrown AKA #8B4513 . I used SaddleBrown for the two index cells on the left side.

I think that comparing different spells from the same slot helps keep it "apples to apples", but perhaps not in a regard that you care about for where you are trying to go with this?

Prayer for the Hero
1st-level Evocation
Casting Time: 10 minutes
Range: Touch
Components: V
Duration: Instantaneous

A creature you touch regains a number of hit points equal to 2d8 + your spellcasting ability modifier. This spell has no effect on undead or constructs.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the healing increases by 2d8 for each slot level above 1st.

Considering changing the name. Options include:

Prayer for the Victorious Hero
Prayer for the Victorious/Defeated Hero (exactly like this, including the slash)
Prayer for the Bold Hero
Prayer at the Close of Battle (Clearer, but maybe less "punchy"?)

Those familiar with my work will know that I often have a "Director's Cut" version that is more complex or breaks the conventions of the system. In this case it would simply be changing the base healing from "2d8 + your spellcasting ability modifier" to "2d8 + your spellcasting ability SCORE".

EDIT:
DRAT! Forgot something pretty important! I guess I'll send the original poster a PM to make sure they see this.

Class ability or feat I thought of (for a Charisma based class, can be swapped to Wisdom of course):
Hands of the Healer:
You may give up benefits of a short rest or long rest to intensively tend to the wounds of a number of others up to your charisma modifier (minimum 1).
With a Short Rest: Roll twice the dice and add constitution modifier as normal for each die per hd spent (they can spend half a hitdie to roll a single die with constutition modifier).
With a Long Rest: The targets recover all hitdice rather than half their maximum.
