As the title says I'm looking to find out what changes other people made to the Serpent's skull Adventure Path. I'm about to run it for my fiance and I want to get as many ideas as I can, as this will be a.) her first full campaign in D&D and b.) her first pathfinder adventure path.
She'll be running it solo, but I already know how to make that work for her. Mechanics wise I'm not too concerned. This is mostly a story thing. What parts fell short? What parts really shined? What did you add? Any of this would be immensely helpful in making her first full campaign a lot of fun!
