The Leviathan Wreckage, Residence of Black Magus Knight

A giant phazon seed known as a leviathan, on a crash course for the desert

The Leviathan meets the desert, sand and phazon is sent flying everywhere.

Dmeta soon approaches it

finally...

Several Guard Valkyrie dropships follow it down, and stand off at a safe distance, about a mile. They scan the mountain of Phazon.

Scans would show the phazon is highly concentrated, and spreading into the ground around it

[LordVader]

The fleet in orbit begins bombarding the ground around the mountain, atomizing the phazon in it. This should slow down the phazon's spread somewhat, but it won't halt it.

As the bombardment begins Dmeta looks up at it

dammit... a little earlier than i'd liked but...

As the Leviathan begins taking hits he rushes inside it

now... where is it...

He appears to be looking for something, not that he can be seen

Dmeta makes his way to the centre of the leviathan, becoming the leviathans guardian

Skrall and a group of space pirates arrive, they are met by Dmeta, and talk for a small whiile, then the pirates walk quite a distance away, and begin building three odd structures

[Emperor Ing]

Ser hovers in from the direction of the streets, and stares at the leviathan in amazement.

A group of phazon nightbarbs fly out, and begins circling infront of Ser

[Emperor Ing]

Ser fires a blast of ice at the nightbarbs.

Oddly enough, it bounces off them, they begin spinning faster, and an odd green energy forms in the middle of thier circle

[Emperor Ing]

Ser notices the light, and creates an energy field in front of himself.

The energy darts forward at Ser, the nightbarbs break formation, but quickly begin circling again

[Emperor Ing]

The energy should be blocked by the energy field ser conjured earlier. Ser raises his hand, and a massive fireball falls from the sky onto the nightbarb swarm.

The first energy blast is deflected, as the fireball hits the green energy it explodes, killing the nightbarbs in the process

meanwhile, one of the three structures is completed, and a weak shield forms over the leviathan

[Emperor Ing]

Ser looks at that structure, and hovers to it.

A barrage of anti-air weaponry is fired at him

[Emperor Ing]

((hovering only a few inches off the ground. I said hover not fly. :smalltongue: ))

((ah well, they use the AA weaponry anyway, it's generally the only thing protecting it right now...))

[Emperor Ing]

Ser quickly creates more energy fields to protect him. Then, raises both hands into the sky. Clouds gather, and they turn dark red. Flaming meteors start pouring from the sky all around the structure.

The meteors tear the structure apart, unfortunately this angers the space pirates inside, a group of advanced, armoured aero troopers fly above Ser

[Emperor Ing]

Ser pauses for a moment, then...
[space pirate speak] what the hell is going on here?

we have an agreement with the one of phazon, we protect the leviathan, and we can have all the phazon we need, eventually this planet shall become pure phazon, and will produce more leviathans

[space pirate speak] allow me...
Ser attempts a powerful mind read on the space pirate to know what the hell it is talking about.

He wouldn't find much, phazon addiction overthrows most of his thoughts, a few mentions of the leviathans affects on the planet, not much more than that

[Emperor Ing]

Ser searches for any information on phazon, the leviathans, and their effects on planets.

[metakirb]

The search for phazon information comes up with some babbling about it being some kind of sweet sweet nectar or something like that...

The leviathan search comes up with the knowledge that it's not a seed so much as a living creature in an impenetrable shell

The search for it's effects come up with that it slowly spreads phazon through the planet, eventually turning the planet to a ball of pure phazon

[Emperor Ing]

Ser only pays attention to three, seeing as thats the only one that makes sense to him.
[space pirate speak] :smalleek: you want to turn this planet into a ball of phazon? Over my nonexistence.
There is loud thunder coming from the red sky, and lightning comes down and attempts to zap the aero troopers.

[metakirb]

The lightning hits one aerotrooper, but the other three dodge it, activating a flow of phazon through them, their movements become faster, and thier weapons become phazon infused, they begin firing down at Ser

meanwhile the other two structures go active, shielding the leviathan, these structures are more resistant to attacks, and cannot be destroyed from outside

[Emperor Ing]

The shots should quickly stop at Ser's energy fields. Ser attempts to telekinetically grab all three pirates together, then telekinetally crush them on the ground.

The Aeropirates have always gone by "death before dishonour" and so trigger a self destruct on the jetpacks before hitting the ground, the resulting explosion should be pretty powerfull

A band of phazon creatures runs out from the leviathan, then deadtime, along with the pirates and the shield buildings, Dmeta however, continues abosrbing phazon inside the leviathan

[Emperor Ing]

Ser notices these creatures, and notices their dead-timed-ness. He waits for the undeadtime.

The group undeadtimes, it consists of three groups of phazon nightbarbs, seven phazon shriekbats (yay suicide shriekbats!) twenty phazon hoppers and a hopper metroid, they head in the direction of the town

[Emperor Ing]

Ser moves to intercept the creatures.

[metakirb]

They see him approaching, and split up, the only creatures that stay together are the nightbarbs

[Emperor Ing]

More fireballs fall from the skies, onto the nightbarb swarms. Ser generates a few energy fields for protection.

[metakirb]

The other creatures run off, the nightbarbs aren't affected by the fireballs, one group begins spining, the green energy froms in the centre

[Emperor Ing]

Ser recognizes this, and creates an energy field around that swarm. He also tries to telekinetally throw the creatures away from the town.

The shriekbats are thrown away, but the others are too far away by now

The nightbarbs release the energy

[Emperor Ing]

Ser shoots lightning from his hands at the shriekbats. The energy should stop at the energy field conjured around them.

The energy stops at the field, and the lightning does nothing to the nightbarbs, they form another energy ball

Ser, frustrated, telekinetically pushes the nightbarbs away. He flies in the direction of the streets, hoping to intercept.

The other creatures are unfortunately long hidden throughout the town by now

DMeta stops abosrbing phazon, and exits the leviathan, passing freely through the shield around it, he examines the space pirate structures holding the shield up

Ser comes, from the direction of the streets, having dealt with the hoppers. He spies Dmeta

he motions towards the leviathan

Can I ask you a question then? What is this "Phazon" i keep hearing about?

phazon is a chemical, you would call it volatile and unstable, with mutagenic and corruptive properties, it is more than that, it is a unique chemical, able to create more of itself from nothing

it is kept stable by a guardian, and a phazon core...

There are other things I have to ask. I saw this phazon take control of a person. He...didnt do anything. He stood there. Like a zombie. I did a mind scan. His mind. Empty. I scanned the mind of a phazoned space pirate. He was totally insane. His mind only on phazon.

when bonding with phazon it takes time, depending on the hosts willingness it can take days, space pirates add to phazon, test with it, they do not use it in pure form

Ser pulls his arms out, which glow brightly, and arc electricity in all diections behind him.
:smallannoyed: Death isnt the end. But it is a human thing. I am afraid the only one whom is capable of even experiencing death is you.

A ball of silver phazon forms in his left hand, he fires it into the air, then it dispurses, and rains down on the nearby area

Ser, simply a being of pure Arcane Energy, is not affected by the phazon.
This thing is evil. You should know this.
All that lightning is now focused on Dmeta

If the silver phazon were normal phazon, maybe, but solver phazon is pure, concentrated into a dangerous form, and this was then used as a blast, if ser can be affected by a fireball, he can be affected by this, as for the lightning, it makes him recoil a bit, but does nothing in the way of damage

A Leviathans guardian is granted great power, the leviathan has made me much stronger in order to protect it...

The difference is, raining silver phazon isnt exactly a blast of it.
The power will undo you.
Ser continues the pouring of lightning onto Dmeta, but he starts glowing brightly.

((by rain down i meant it's like having a barrage of blasts fired down from the sky))

The lightning doesn't seem to be doing much more, he readies his sword as he notices ser glow

((oh. okay.))
The lightning starts arcing in a circle around ser, as his glow intensifies greatly. He starts to hover higher into the sky, looking like a very bright lightning ball. The ground beneath Ser shakes.

Dmeta holds out his left arm, which morphs into a sword similar to his right arm, he assumes a defensive stance

[Emperor Ing]

The lightning starts looking less and less like lightning, and more like raw magical energy. The energy ball is glowing incredibly ferociously, and different colors of lightning are shooting off of it in all directions (no harm). A few seconds later, the ball changes into a bluish color, makes unusual movements in the air, flies higher, then drops down VERY quickly and violently, releasing a MASSIVE wall of very destructive raw magical energy in all directions, growing as it moves outward. A crater remains. Ser, still hovering, arms outward, is in the center of the crater.

Dmeta darts straight through it, and slashes at Ser

Ser gets slashed, flies back, and hovers high into the air. He stares at Dmeta, knowing that that last move was one of his most devastating techniques.

Dmeta spreads his wings, and flies after Ser, ready to slash again

[Emperor Ing]

Ser flies quickly out of the way. He creates several energy fields around him, which probably wont last long. He looks around, thinking how to defeat this guy. ((I know, i know))

Dmeta flys back a bit, edging the leviathans shield

[Emperor Ing]

Ser gets an idea. He looks around for any phazon.

[metakirb]

There doesn't appear to be much, most of the silver fired before has seeped into the ground, there are a few small patches of it though

[Emperor Ing]

Ser looks to one of the structures generating the force-field, then turns invisible, and flies to it at a high speed.

[metakirb]

Dmeta looks around, his phazon enhanced vision can penetrate most invisibility spells, either that or he's just looking at the senery, which i doubt

If you were looking at Ser, he'd probably see him as a mass of superconcentrated free-roaming energy, non-phazon.
Ser continues moving to the structure

Dmeta notices him, and points his direction to several phazoids, which float after him, then Dmeta heads back into the leviathan to absorb more phazon

[Emperor Ing]

Ser goes inside the structure, paying no heed to the phazoids. He checks around the structure.

The structure is packed with space pirates on high alert, many scientists run around, checking various machines, the phazoids let out a pair of shockwaves of phazon energy at ser

[Emperor Ing]

Ser is hovering in the air, so the shockwaves should do minimal effects to him. Ser uncloaks, and unleashes volleys of fireballs at everything living in the structure, as well as the space pirates machinery.

((shockwave might be a bad word for it, basically its a ring of phazon energy sent out as a wave with the phazoid as the centre of the ring))

The machinery seems to take little damage from the fireballs, some break, and the pirates are neaqrly instantly ready to counter sers attack, anti-elemental armors appear quickly on nearly every pirate in the structure, some die before the armor is given to them, but they begins firing a vast array of weaponry at Ser

Ser is still a little too high into the air to be effected by it, but the shots stop at the fields ser conjured not too long ago. Aware that it isnt working, he uses a number of devastating telekinetic spells on them, ranging from what should be exploding heads, to flying at walls at high speeds.

Some of them are effected, mainly the scientists survive though, then one certain space pirate arrives

Skrall appears behind Ser, with an odd jetpack on

[Emperor Ing]

Ser hears him, and replies without turning around
The corruption of this planet will cease.
Ser throws a large blast of energy at Skrall, and throws a LOT of lightning at the machinery, hoping to overload it. Horribly.

The machinery does overload, but it doesn't appear to be important machinery, the energy bolt fired at skrall is absorbed by a barrier formed by his jetpack, it then converts it into an unusual frequency blast and fires it at ser, the frequency of it should shatter the energy fields around ser

[Emperor Ing]

Ser was trying to make the machinery explode. The frequency also does disintegrate almost all the energy fields, which Ser re-makes. He checks around the structure for any phazon.

The structure itself is unusually phazon free for a pirate structure, skrall fires another high frequency blast at ser, followed by another powerfull lbast

[Emperor Ing]

The high frequency blast destroys the fields, while the powerful lbast ((:smalltongue: )) hits Ser. He gets thrown back a bit, but quickly recovers, and fires a powerful, continuous blast of fire at Skrall.

The shield absrobs what it can, but eventually it breaks, skrall takes a few hits, then turns the blasts he absorbed back at Ser

[Emperor Ing]

Ser conjures an energy field, which blocks most of the reflected fire. He pulls out his staff, and fires the forcecage and hold monster spells on it at skrall.

Skrall barely avoids it

not bad... but you'll never figure out how to destroy the generator...

He darts off to the other structure

[Emperor Ing]

Ser observes where Skrall flies off to, then starts flinging random loose objects, crates, pieces of machinery, pirates, at the remaining space pirates. Meanwhile, he looks for what looks like a generator.

There are no more space pirates to fling things at, the generator is remarkably disguised, so it may take him a while to figure it out

[Emperor Ing]

Ser starts literally, telekinetically tearing the base apart, looking for the generator. Hes trying to break apart the walls, floor, and other machines.

Except it doesn't budge at his attempts to telekinetically rip it apart, those pair of phazoids from earlier are still hovering behind him, they let out a pair of shockwaves

[Emperor Ing]

Ser gets knocked by the first shockwave, but dodges the 2nd one. He doesnt appear to be affected too much by it.

He fires a devastating combination of fire, lightning, and energy blasts at the phazoids.

Like most phazon beasts, though with phazoids being an extreme, they can only be killed via phazon, though Ser will hate what happens when phazoids die

[Emperor Ing]

Through extreme hate and frustration, ser attempts to LITERALLY suck and absorb the phazon right out of them.

It doesn't happen, as soon as any phazon is sucked out they instantly reabsorb it

[Emperor Ing]

Ser checks around for ANY phazon anywhere inside or outside the structure

other than the phazoids, there isn't much not covered by the forcefield around the leviathan

[Emperor Ing]

Ser invokes a meteor storm, quickly conjured, and enhanced...greatly...from his frustration. The meteors are aimed at the structure.

The structure dents, but no real damage is done, it was stated earlier that the structure can't be destroyed from outside

[Emperor Ing]

Ser does whatever he can do to destroy this structure. Fireballs, energy blasts, telekinetic pulses and waves, and projectile energy fields are being thrown in all directions at everything.

Nope nothing, theres a very specific method of destroying this structure, wonton attacks won't do much

[Emperor Ing]

Ser, still very angry, gets an idea, and looks around for any non-destroyed consoles or anything like that.

Theres lots of them, most overloaded earlier didn't explode, just went offline

[Emperor Ing]

Ser looks for the terminals that arent in the "most" list.

He finds a few nearby terminals functioning fully

[Emperor Ing]

Ser checks the terminals for everything in them

The terminals contain basic information about the shields being impenetrable, some information on how they are sustained, and something about the structure being rigged to implode if the shield were to deactivate

Ser checks the information on how the shields are sustained

The shields are kept up by the building itself, the whole thing is the generator, the only weak spot is the very centre of the building, the energy core, were it to overload or stop functioning, it would drop the shield, problem being that that would cause the structure and everything in it to implode in an instant

[Emperor Ing]

With this knowledge, Ser checks for the core of the structure...

Its a very mazelike building, but not very complicated, its essentially a straight line that got bent, twisted and contorted, just outside the core room is a large amount of phazoids, apparently they made a nest there

[Emperor Ing]

Ser turns himself invisible, then sets several explosive runes around the core.

Except the phazoids can still see him, cue many many shockwaves

oh, and theres a few red phazoids there too, so i'd watch out for the red shockwaves

Ser hovers as high as he can to avoid most of the shockwaves, and is still setting many many explosive runes around the core. When the desired number is set, he flies outside the building.

He might find it a bit hard to avoid red phazoid shockwaves, for the most part they're spherical, and secondly, it might be hard to get out with hundreds of phazoids in the way

[Emperor Ing]

Ser does get damaged by the red's shockwaves then. But he attempts to telekinetically move the phazoids out of the way.

He does so, but most of them follow, by the time he gets out, the runes should have exploded, and the structure implodes, Ser should now find that twice as many phazoids than there were are hovering where the structure was

((evil things, first time you kill them they double, then when you kill them again, each one splits into whats essentially two mini homing bombs))

Ser hovers so high that any shockwaves should be useless, and he checks around to see if that destruction of the structure released any phazon.

again, the things fly, so flying higher wouldn't do any good at all, besides, about 10% of them are red phazoids so theres vertical shockwaves aswell, theres a few pools of phazon left from when the phazoids doubled, which when theres probably thirty of them before, should be a big puddle of phazon

As Skrall reaches the other structure he informs the scientists inside about Ser, they quickly begin an attempt at setting up some kind of field that ser would find it difficult to move through

Ser notices the phazon pools, and darts towards them, throwing heavy lightning at the flying bomb remnant thingies, hoping for them to prematurely detonate. He steps inside it, creates MANY energy fields around him, so nothing disrupts him too soon, and tries to start channeling the phazon energy.

The phazon will be chanelled pretty easily, and none of them are at flying bomb remnant form yet, they just keep firing shockwaves, about sixty in total

[Emperor Ing]

Some fields go down, but some still are up. Ser continues channeling all the phazon

[metakirb]

And most of the phazon, if not all of it, should be channelled by now, the phaazoids don't know when to quit, and keep shockwaving

[Emperor Ing]

Almost all the fields are down. Ser has channeled almost all of the phazon. His arcane might, combined with the devastating affects of phazon, should be quite effective, especially when Ser fires phazon energy blasts at the phazoids.

Splat, the phaazoids all split into the bomb forms, and begin diving at Ser

[Emperor Ing]

Ser blasts most of them, gets out of the way of some, but gets hit by a few. When theyre all gone, he will absorb the rest of the phazon energy left behind by the phazoids.

and all the phaazoids are gone, one of the shield buildings is down, yay

[Emperor Ing]

Ser notices that he actually managed to kill the phazoids, so he starts laughing maniacally. He flies to another structure, laughing manaically along the way.

[metakirb]

As he approaches the structure he may notice an odd field around it

[Emperor Ing]

Ser observes the energy field, then throws one of his own energy fields at it.

[metakirb]

The field thrown at the one around the structure would likely dissapate nearly instantly

[Emperor Ing]

Ser gets an idea. Due to Ser being just energy, and that its an energy field, Ser tries to absorb the field. :smallbiggrin:

Unfortunately, the field is constantly fading and being recreated, so it would take forever and three hours to drain it all

[Emperor Ing]

Ser, realizing this, comes up with a plan. He continues absorbing the shield's energies.

The field keeps regenrating as he does

[Emperor Ing]

Ser continues absorbing, then, all at once, does the opposite, putting the energy back into the field, attempting to overload it.

[metakirb]

And it doesn't overload, the energy being added dissapates as it reaches the field, doesn't look like Ser can get in alone

[Emperor Ing]

Ser thinks about how to break that field. He telekinetically throws a rock at the field


The Red Elite wanders in

The rock flies through, Dmeta watches from the leviathans entrance

Ser looks around, and notices the red elite.
!!! Excuse me...

A tonberry randomly falls from the sky, onto the shield around the leviathan, it fries instantly, poor tonberry...

[Emperor Ing]

The two dont notice the vaporized tonberry
Can you...go through the shielding there and disable it?

You cant feel it? There is great energy in this place. Too much power.

The elite sticks his hand through the field

The elites hand passes through the field like it's not there

The elite walks through it, but doesnt go far.
Cursed shields. Only weapon fire cant pass through them.
He continues up to the structure

It isn't far, but it is guarded by a pair of space pirates, wearing the elemental armors

*sigh* im too old for this.
He puts one hand on his energy sword, another one on a plasma rifle.

The two pirates see him, one activates his own energy blade, the other holds up a glowing red object, emitting a strange noise

[Emperor Ing]

The elite pulls out his energy sword.
:smalleek: you call this a lightsaber?
Please, allow me.
He pulls out his plasma rifle, and leaps at the pirate with the sword, and goes tries to slice him.

The pirate barely blocks it, ignoring the other pirate was a bad idea... two alarms pop out of the side of the building, they won't attract too much attention, but they tend to call pirate commanders, the second pirate activates his energy blade and tries to slash the elites back

[Emperor Ing]

The elite somersalts over the attacking pirate, and does a stab with the sword. He fires the plasma rifle rapidly at the other pirate.

The attacking prate made the unfortunate move of keeping going as he missed the elite, skewering the first one, he is then killed by the plasma rifle shots

Then three pirate commanders drop their cloak fields, the alarms retract into the building, the commanders glare at the elite, two with energy blades, one with a pair of arm rifles

[Emperor Ing]

The elite looks at the three commanders, then notices the one with the arm rifles. He puts away the sword, and pulls out his other plasma rifle, firing both at that pirate, firing rapidly

The pirates armor take most of the shots, but shatters after enough fire, while this happens the pirate fires back untill he dies, as the two commanders re-activate the cloaks, and move to slash the elite

The elite just in time notices the slash, but he does get nicked. Luckily, his energy shielding takes the slash. He activates his active camoflage.

The commanders move back a bit, looking around for him, still cloaked

[Emperor Ing]

What they probably cant notice is that the Elite equipped a sword.
...gotcha.
The elite can sense one of the commander's movements, and closes in to stab, still camoflaged.

The stab doesn't do much to his armor, the commander swings his own blade at where he felt the stab come from, the other sends a comm message to a scientist for an X-ray visor to be uploaded into his armor

[Emperor Ing]

The energy shield absorbs the slice, but its outline temporarily reveals him. He swings to slice and kill the pirate.

The armor absorbs most of the slice, but it does crack significantly, the other commando is currently recieving an X-ray upgrade

[Emperor Ing]

The Elite jumps back, and pelts that pirate with plasma rifle shots from the other hand.

He goes down, the other commander activates the X-ray visor, and so should be able to see the elite

[Emperor Ing]

What he should see is the outline of his armor, and some of his bones. What probably he can't see is the plasma bolts flying towards him.

Oddly enough they do show up as a black stuff in his visor, so he manages to avoid them, he charges at the elite, ready to slash, still udner cloak

[Emperor Ing]

Again, the elite hears the pirate coming (patter of footsteps) and hops over him, where he fires the plasma rifle in the pirate's general direction.

The commanders armor takes some hits, but he gets a new idea, he begins moving via large jumps, hopping in an oddly shaped circle around the elite

[Emperor Ing]

The elite gets confused, and watches his surroundings, trying to find the pattern

There doesn't appear to be any, the pirate's next leap is at the elite with a slash

[Emperor Ing]

The elite's shielding takes some of it, but he ends up with a very nasty cut on the side.
Let me handle this one...

He gets up, puts away the plasma rifles, and pulls out the energy sword

The commander resumes his randomised movements, then makes a leap at the elite

[Emperor Ing]

The Elite dodges the attack with suprising ability, and moves to impale the pirate with the sword.

The armor cracks, but doesn't shatter, the cloak fails where the armor breaks, realising this, the pirate begins moving back

[Emperor Ing]

The elite's shield regenerates. He pulls into a fighting stance, and jestures for the pirate to come.

[metakirb]

The pirate holds up his left arm, revealing a well concealed blaster worked into his armor, he begins firing at the elite

[Emperor Ing]

hehehe..
The elite deflects them away Jedi Style.

The pirate continues backing away as he fires

[Emperor Ing]

The elite continues knocking the shots away, walking towards him as he does.

[metakirb]

The elite makes a short run, then leaps at the pirate, deflecting shots as he goes on. If the attack is successful, the pirate should have a pretty bad flesh would. :smalltongue:

The pirate looks at his newly delivered wound...

The elite easily blocks the slash, and tries to cut off the arm of the pirate. If successful, he will say:
The fight is mine. Stand aside.

Off comes his arm

[space pirate] 'tis but a scratch!

The pirates arm is sliced off, and, to keep this on track, he dies of blood loss before he can get through his next set of lines

He proceeds to the structure.

The structure is similar in shape to the first one, but it seems oddly deserted

He looks around for any consoles that do anything

He wouldn't find much of use, other than some space pirate scribblings on a wall near two corridors, one scribble is under an arrow pointing right, one scribble is under an arrow pointing left

The elite walks up to the scribblings.
Alas, we shall proceed right.

Well I kicked that alien ass, so 'I' say we go left.

He comes to a door with another space pirate scribbling on it, many space pirate voices are heard from behind it

He pulls out an energy sword, and moves through the door.

Several automated, bio-scan turrets fire at him as he opens the door

[Emperor Ing]

He deflects the shots easily, and reflecting some back at the turret. while he is doing that, he says to the pirates...
Excuse me, Death called, and he wants all of you.

The turrets continue firing at the elite, the shots reflected backodn't seem to be doing much, most of the pirates in the room are either commanders or scientists, all the commanders activate thier cloaks, while the scientists attempt to escape

[Emperor Ing]

The elite leaps for the turret, trying to slash it down. When he gets down, he makes a spinning maneuver to slash down any pirates there when he lands.

The turret falls down, a few pirates are hit but no major injuries are gained, the other turret resumes firing, along with several shots from some of the commanders

On a side note an odd tank sits at the far end of the room

The elite continues blocking the shots away jedi style, when he notices the tank

He is now in the same tank as a giant brain... that must be uncomfortable...

The giant brain opens it's single eye, and stares right at the elite

The tank begins collapsing, slowly the brain rises on a neck, and a body emerges from the floor, the mother brain looms over the elite, the acidic purple saliva dripping from her mouth

The commanders flee, fearing the mother brain might hit them, the brain looks down upon the elite, readying the hyper beam

there isn't much around the room, the main attention grabber is a console that will deactivate the antimagic field

The elite turns on the cloak field, then runs to the console, to see what it does.

The brain fires the hyper beam... or she would... if the pirates had finished her new body yet... she suddenly appears to be having trouble breathing, and keels over, apparently the new body was missing a lung...

The antimagic field goes down

Ser flies into the structure

The Elite turns to the Brain, still cloaked, and looks with confusion.

the brain is dead... the room is devoid of pirates... or could it be filled to the brim with cloaked pirate commanders?

Ser flies into the room.

He checks around. Cloaking fields dont stand a chance against magic-enhanced vision.

Nope no pirates, the room is now deemed "useless and explored"

[Emperor Ing]

Ser points to where he thinks the core is, and they both go that way.

They reach the core room, it seems too empty...

[Emperor Ing]

The Elite checks around for any signs of any living things in the room, while Ser puts down explosive runes around the core.

Nothing, just the core

[Emperor Ing]

Okay. Lets get out of here. This place will be destroyed.

They both try to get out of the structure

Ser and the elite look to the leviathan, then walk towards it.

The ground around it is almost all phazon, inside it will be even worse

A swarm of phazon nightbarbs greet them with a apir of energy blasts

[Emperor Ing]

The Elite's energy shielding is enough to protect from the radiation, but if it goes down, hes skrewed. He dodges the bolts, and returns with a flurry of plasma rifle shots. Ser blasts them with some phazon bolts.

The attacks don't seem to do much, the nightbarbs begin their circling for another energy blast, while a pair of phazon shriekbats divebomb at ser and the elite

[Emperor Ing]

The elite dodges the skriekbats easily, while Ser creates an energy field to block the shriekbats. Ser fires an energy blast at the nightbarbs, which used to be easy to kill.

The blast hits the energy, exploding and killing them, the way to kill them hasn't changed ^^

Leithan entry is now clear of beasties
