Retraining question

I am a 12th level Paladin. I fall and become a Blackguard 10/Ex-Paladin 2, with my first 10 levels being blackguard and level 11 and level 12 being ex-paladin. I have a wisdom of 14+

Can I retrain my 3rd level feat to Touch of healing?

As a 3rd level blackguard with a 14+ wisdom, I could cast the required 2nd level [healing] spell to qualify, but I could not originally qualify as a 3rd level paladin. Can this be done with the retraining rules?

Feat retraining notes that "You can exchange one of the feats you previously selected for another feat. If the new feat has prerequisites, not only must your character meet them in his current state, but you must also be able to show that he met them at the time you chose the previous feat."

Since the character wasn't a paladin 2/blackguard 10 when they chose their prior feat, it's unlikely they could choose Touch of Healing.
