Just so I am sure, taking this feat once grants +2 healed per spell level.
Therefore:
1. Cure Minor Wounds is unaffected
2. Taking the feat again would increase this boost to +4 per casting
Is that right?
1) That is correct.
2) Eh, kinda? The problem is that the rules don't actually allow you to take the feat a second time. You can only take a feat once unless the feat explicitly says otherwise, and Augment Healing says no such thing. So if your GM lets you take it more than once, then that's technically a houserule and you should ask for clarification about the houserule. (Your reading would make a reasonable houserule if we start from the non-RAW position that you're allowed to take it multiple times at all.)

As per the SRD:
Benefit
What the feat enables the character ("you" in the feat description) to do. If a character has the same feat more than once, its benefits do not stack unless indicated otherwise in the description.
