Here's an online wiki for literally all spheres material ever published. http://spheresofpower.wikidot.com/

I remember seeing a Fallen Fey guide around not that long ago, but I can't seem to find it now.

It's an odd sphere, kind of a grab-bag of different effects, and you get the most bang for your buck by taking Greater Fey Link and as many of the other talents as are applicable (because then the cost is 1 SP flat + 1/blessing, for hour/level duration, as opposed to 1 /blessing for minutes/level).

Combine that with the fact that there are no Sphere Drawbacks for it, AFAICT, and it's a pretty talent-hungry sphere.

The guide went into it in a lot more detail, but some of the standouts to me were:
* Aelfwine - versatile, and helps your party without needing Share Link
* Fairy Dust - versatile, and can give your whole party flight
* Fairy Flight - long duration flight, best with Fairy Dust so you can hand it out
* Fey Beauty / Potency - good once your CL is high enough
* Long Step - did someone say at-will teleport as a move action? Short range, but still great.
* Mantle of Autumn - concealment, but also gives you super-farming abilities if that matters.
* Pixie Sticks - another versatile one, including unlimited non-combat healing.
* Shadow Collector - a non-Mana sphere way to get temporary SP, and unlike the Destruction one doesn't require healing for your donor.
* Stunning Glance - use Share Blessing to grant this to a follower: now they have a decent combat ability.
* Summon Fairy - very versatile summoning, no cost besides SP.
* Trickery - situational, but could be +2 CL for many uses depending on the character.
* Unthreatening Form - good for stealth if you don't have Alteration.
* Ventriloquism - since Mind sphere inexplicably lacks the real Telepathy ability, this is the closest thing you can get.

Advanced:
* Blinding Beauty - situational, but powerful when it applies.
* Bound to Nature - free Reincarnate if you know ahead of time.
* Fey Invisibility - long duration invisibility is nice

Also, due to the fact that everything costs at least 1 SP, I wouldn't recommend having this be a character's only Sphere.

Just wanted to chime in on that - Project Thoughts + Greater Charm does "real" telepathy, even if at a steep Spell Point cost
