This is a bit of a mix of the Hulking Hurler from 3.5e and one of the shared traits of giants in 5e. Also that one scene of Samurai Jack where he visits the Scotsman's clan that I can't seem to find a clip of. He fails to throw a stone, but then uses a man's weight against him to throw a heavier weight an equal distance to a stone.

Monks of the Way of Jutunslag fight as the giants do. Weapons are hurled at range -- and when weapons run out, enemies suffice. Many orders of monk in this tradition were founded by giants and simply spread to creatures of smaller size. Others seek to imitate the giant's natural abilities in admiration or to better bring down these huge creatures.

"Jutenslag" being a literal translation of "giantbattle," as seen in Volo's guide. If anyone has the proper Norwegian (Norse? Swedish? Norwegian seems to match up...) please do let me know.

Really Throw Anything
When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you gain familiarity with how to throw any object. You can apply your proficiency modifier to any object you throw. You can choose to treat any weapon that you are proficient with that does not have the heavy property as having the thrown (range 30/120) property.

Manhucker
At 3rd level, you are able to turn the weight of your enemies to throw them. When you successfully grapple a creature of your size or smaller on your turn, you can expend 2 ki points to throw that creature at a point up to 20 feet away as part of the grapple. The creature takes 1d6 damage for every ten feet it was thrown and lands prone. If the creature was thrown at another target, that target must make a Dexterity saving throw with a DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your strength modifier or be hit by the thrown creature, taking an equal amount of damage.

Your ability to throw creatures increases as you gain levels. You can throw a creature up to 30 feet at 6th level, 40 feet at 11th level and 50 feet at 17th level.

Really Throw Anything we be reduced to fluff eventually, but to start lets you have thrown weapon with a d8 damage die. In contrast Manhucker has a ki cost for 4d6 max damage, but will scale as you level.

Giant's Stomp
At 6th level, you can shake the ground as if you had the weight of a giant. When you take the attack action during your turn you can forgo one attack to cast the Earth tremor spell. When you do so you can expend up to 4 ki points, increasing the level of the spell for each ki point you expend.

Free so you can use it (see Four Elements for contrast) without burning all your ki, but scale-able so you can use it for burst damage.

Giant in Mind and Body
When you reach 11th level, your power is reminiscent of a creature's far larger. You can choose to count as one size larger in any situation it would be beneficial to yourself. This does not change your actual size.

You also have advantage on saving throws against any effect that would cause you to move.

Two-Handed Hurler
By 17th level, you can throw projectiles with enormous force. When you use your really throw anything feature, you can hurl the object with both hands. A creature hit by the object takes twice your martial arts die in damage, and you can make a shove attempt against the creature as part of the attack.

These go more into the 'giant' theme. Note that counting as a size larger for grappling checks makes using Manhucker easier. And lets you throw larger creatures.
