Recently I came across this list (http://www.hoboes.com/html/RPG/netgames.html) and was just wondering if any of these systems are particularly good/balanced/fun/interesting.

I actually stumbled upon that sight several months ago. Unfortunately I don't recall much in terms of specifics but I do remember several of the games being good, or at least interesting.
