Looking for a particular pathfinder Build.

Hello All. I'm trying to Figure out how to Get the Following in to. Build

Must be a Martial caster
Have as close to 3/4 BAB as it can get
Must be proficient and wielding a Great-Axe
(He had a Special Great-Axe that is part of his story)
Must be able to cast Haste at his current level (8)
Must focus mostly on buff spells
Must be Arcane

Sounds like you are looking for a Skald (https://aonprd.com/ClassDisplay.aspx?ItemName=Skald), unless you want full casting (ie, 9th level spells). It literally ticks off every requirement.
