Has anyone come up with a good power list for the Augur?

I'm wanting to make an Augur more like an Adept. Perhaps even a Mantled Augur like a Religious Adept as an analogous npc psionic class. Does anyone have a power list for such an NPC class so it's more Adept-like?

Secrets of Sarlona converted a lot of low-level utility spells into psionic powers that you may want to look at. Some of these (like Mending, Comprehend Languages, and Endure Elements) are on the Adept list. Others probably should have been, like Mage Hand, Unseen Servant, and Animal Messenger.
