So I wanted to make a race that was a combination of Empty Vessel and Azurin, but without the exact same flavor more of a specially enhanced human breed. Maybe something like this:
Psycarnum-Infused Human
Medium
Speed: 30
Humanoid (Human, Psionic, Incarnum)
Bonus feat at 1st level
Essentia Pool permanently increased by 1
Naturally psionic: +1 power point / hit dice
Automatic Language: Common. Bonus Languages: Any
Level Adjustment +1
I removed the various skill bonuses, they didn't seem relevant. Is this balanced? Does it need any skill buffs or vision buffs (both psionic characters and azurin do weird stuff with eyes, I figured I could get away with some bonus vision abilities).
