What race is this? From the Eberron setting

She's shown in the Eberron setting but when I look through the races I don't see one that looks like her. Closest thing I see is maybe a shifter?

Ah, that answers it. In the larger image, the text identifies the character as the wizard Baristi from Chapter 2 (page 43). She is a shifter.
